A short one today. I’m sitting with my inner hippy.
Remembrance Day has a habit of focussing one’s attention. Mine went to forgiveness, peace, love, happiness, and staying with the importance of what unites rather than divides. All good stuff for a daily mantra.
My siblings were all born in the 1950s. Thank goodness, otherwise I would not have received their rich musical input from the 1960s and 1970s.
Jimi Hendrix said: “When the power of love is greater than the love of power, the world will know peace.”
So my message today is all about celebrating and loving our differences, whether your own uniqueness or on a global scale.
Here’s one of my favourite Hendrix songs. Take a moment.
